iReceptor Plus

iReceptor Plus aims to promote human immunological data storage, integration and controlled sharing for a wide range of clinical and scientific purposes, by developing an innovative platform to integrate distributed repositories of Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire sequencing (AIRR-seq) data. iReceptor Plus will enable researchers around the world to share and analyze huge immunological datasets that have been sequenced and stored in databanks in multiple countries via one centralized web portal. This distributed, federated approach is central to the iReceptor Plus concept as it allows each institution to maintain control over their data and stay compliant with local legislation. The innovative platform will lower the barrier for academia, industry and clinical partners to access and analyze large AIRR-seq datasets and can thus lead to improved personalized medicine and immunotherapy in cancer, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, allergies and infectious diseases
