Pedro Demolder specialises in intellectual property (IP), technology and data protection (GDPR) law. He represents clients in various sectors in contentious and non-contentious matters.
He has a rich expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements related to software development, licensing, and implementations as well as SaaS, cloud services and IT outsourcing. He also represents clients in court litigation regarding failed IT projects.

In addition, Pedro drafts and negotiates various types of commercial contracts, such as regarding distribution and retail, franchising, manufacturing, commercial partnerships, joint ventures, research and development agreements as well as general sales and purchase conditions.
