About Stefan Van Camp
Stefan Van Camp is one of the few Belgian specialists in product liability and safety and in assisting companies with product recalls. He is the author of one of the reference publications in Belgium on these topics : S. Van Camp, “Product liability and Product recall” 
, Journal of Belgian Commercial Law 2010, p. 451-488 (in Dutch).
He is also specialized in IT contracts (software, hardware, services, licenses, distribution), e-commerce, internet law and intellectual property law.
He also has a very extensive experience in commercial contracts and litigation, unfair competition and corporate law.
Prior Professional Experience
Stefan joined time.lex in 2010. Prior to that, he was a lawyer in the international law firms Eversheds (2004-2010) and DLA Piper (2000-2004) in Brussels and the United Kingdom, and in the Antwerp law firm Buntinx Gunzburg Schaerlaekens (1994-1996). He also managed his own law firm in Antwerp (1986-1994), and worked as a legal counsel at PwC and KPMG (1997-1999).
