About Laurens Nauwelaerts

Laurens joined our firm in 2011 after having obtained solid expertise in the financial and the R&D sector, both within an extended international framework.

He graduated cum laude from law school (Vrije Universiteit Brussel & Université Libre de Bruxelles -2006) and currently specializes in intellectual property law (Hogeschool Universiteit Brussel).

His fields of expertise include intellectual property rights, law of (international) contracts, privacy, ICT & new technologies/media, R&D agreements (including public/EU funded projects), licensing, technology transfers, …
