About Fanny Coudert

Fanny performs privacy and data protection compliance audits and notifications to data protection authorities, drafts data transfer agreements, website privacy statements and other privacy related policies. She advises on data protection aspects of employer monitoring of employees’ internet, e-mail and phone use, camera surveillance, geo-location, RFID and monitoring products, whistleblowing schemes, biometrics, etc. She advises on e-commerce, online, e-mail and mobile marketing campaigns, and website compliance.
Prior Professional Experience
Prior to joining time.lex in January 2008 on a part-time basis, Fanny worked as a data protection auditor and in-house lawyer for a consumer organization in Spain. Since 2006, Fanny also works as researcher specialized in privacy at the Interdiciplinary Centre for Law and ICT (ICRI) - K U Leuven where she actively participates to European research projects.
